Mikhail Shvartsman

General Counsel

Author Bio:

In the past 4 years working as an Attorney in Miami, I have worked on cases ranging from a large anti-trust class action down to simple trademark issues. Prior to becoming the General Counsel for USB Memory Direct, they were one of my favorite clients. Before I began my legal journey, I worked as a system administrator, web developer, and even as a search engine marketing consultant.

Since I was a kid I've loved fiddling with computers. When I changed careers and pursued law, the only avenues I had to keep myself updated on technology were my hobbies. Working with a company that manufactures wholesale flash drives allowed me to dive right back into technology. Even many of our legal questions intertwine with engineering processes. USB Memory Direct has given me the opportunity to utilize my love and knowledge for both technology and law; allowing me to grow in both worlds.
