I am VERY happy with USB Memory Direct. At the last moment (about 4 business days before my flight) prior to a conference, we decided to get branded USB sticks for attendees. Evelyn managed to have my order delivered the day before my flight and within our limited budget! Great products and even better customer service. One of the trays had opened during shipping, but everything was fine.

Just got my shipment today. Throughout the process, my rep was very timely in returning e-mails. Additonally, they kept me informed regarding pre-loaded info, when it was shipped, and gave me the tracking information. She told me my package would arrive between 7-10 business days, and it did.
