Service was efficient and easy. I had contact USB Memory Direct via email to obtain a price estimate which they replied with about an hour after my initial email. They had also sent me a mock up of the USB I had inquired about with our company logo. After approving the artwork I had received my order in one week, and the pricing was very reasonable. Thank you for having such great customer service that made this process so easy!
