She knew exactly what I needed and sympathized with my time crunch. She took ownership of the situation and stayed in communication with me until I was completely satisfied with my order. She got me my drives within 24 hrs. and did not nickel and dime me with outrageous fees. Their prices are the best around! What I absolutely loved was when my order was delivered she followed up and took time to make sure I was satisfied with the order and all was in order. She really has made me a customer for life with USB Memory Direct. She truly saved the day for me and the project came out great!!

This company is awesome. I contacted them and they responded within minutes. I told them what I was looking for and they gave me all the information and a quote so I was able to make a decision. Once I picked out the USB I wanted, and the personalization I wanted printed on them, they went to work. The shipment came in 4 days earlier than I expected which was great. They followed through with everything they said they would, and Marina was a great help to me. Their customer service is great, follow through is great, and their product is great. I also had them upload a large file onto the USB which will save me a lot of time, and their charge was minimal for this service. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them in the future.
