I got a quote from them on getting 500+ USB Trix style drives and when they quoted me a price it was quite a bit more than the next competitive quote. I mentioned I had found another and would be going that way. Jessica N. responded that they would MEET or BEAT (in bold) ANY competitive pricing. I then confirm they have the new style we are looking for (our competitive quote) and she provided a new quote that was 2x as much as before(also says on bottom of quote, we will meet or beat..) with a list of excuses about this, that and the other. Trying to lure a customer back with unethical business practice is why we have decided not to do business with this company. They won't even provide a sample of their products even though "the others" will. Look further before you try this company!

WOW! These folks make ordering customized flash drives so easy! This review comes after my second order with this company; both of my experiences were excellent!
