Incredible product and incredible service

Wish that I could issue a rating higher than 5. We are in the process of transitioning to another logo, so during the order process I was having issues submitting the correct file type, format, etc. Our USBMemory rep, Marina Daniels, did an OUTSTANDING job ensuring that everything was absolutely perfect with the order. The product is great and order arrived 3 days prior to anticipated date. In this day of "less than stellar" customer service, it was refreshing to have Marina provide such professionalism and support. Great job, Marina, and a great product!!!! Excellent product and terrific customer service

I worked with a representative (Jonathan Kane) and he was super easy to communicate with - prompt, professional, and thorough. I just received my order via UPS and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. I'll continue to use this company in the future when it comes times for another order!

Great customer service and speedy delivery

I tried to order bottle opener USB drives last October for a trade show through a different vendor. It was a nightmare. Andrew at USB Memory Direct was very helpful and quick through the process. The drives even arrived early. We are very please with the quality and service. I highly recommend Andrew and USB Memory Direct to anyone looking to anyone.

Wonderful experience!

We received superior service from USB Memory direct from the first inquiry email until the items were delivered. Our Sales Manager was very helpful and responsive. Our inquiries were met with almost immediate responses, the shipping was fast and the product we received was outstanding! We will continue to do business with this company in the future.

Great one on one service

I ordered custom flash drives for my photography business. They are wood grain with my logo on it. They arrived today and look great, but I was more impressed with the customer service leading up to today. I worked with Max and he emailed me with a quote almost immediately after my initial inquiry on the website. He also told me about sales and promotions they had going on, and helped me choose the best wood color for my particular logo. Love the end result.

USB Memory Direct has outstanding products and excellent service. We will always go back to them to order Flash Drives.

Every year we return to USB Memory Direct to buy Custom Flash Drives that we use as promotions at Trade Shows. The products have worked flawlessly and the service and attention to detail provided by their staff, especially Lana Burton, is truly a wonderful experience. Great Service & Great Products

I searched for days to find a supplier of reasonably priced USB flash drives with good quality. I finally reached out to Lana at USB Memory Direct and she immediately provided great customer service. Not only did they have great prices they had a number of styles for me to choose from at the same price. All other companies had one design and it was always the one I didn't want. Shipping was fast and Lana communication well with me from my order all the way to delivery. I highly recommend them and will continue to use their services.

Lana with USB Memory Direct is AMAZING

I have been using USB Memory Direct for several years now and will never switch to another company. The product, price and customer service is exceptional. Lana Burton is my Account Manager and she is quick to respond, send proofs over and quote. Owning your own business you have to wear many hats all at once and being a photographer with the heavy demand during the holiday season I fell behind on my USB's. Lana placed the order (with new graphic logo implemented) and I never skipped a beat in my workflow and delivery to customers. She is a breath of fresh air and the products are amazing!
