Very professional and friendly service, excellent product quality!

Great customer service! very helpful in customizing the memory sticks and the packaging, and confirming everything I needed. Shipped on time, and once received, the final product looked very classy which greatly improved our photography services image.

Exceeded expectations

As a photographer on a limited budget I still wanted to provide my clients with USB's that were of high quality and personalized. I was somewhat hesitant ordering from a company I had no idea about and choosing everything online. However, the customer service I received throughout the entire process made the experience quite enjoyable. I now have a supply of beautiful USB's that I can't wait to share with my clients.

This is the second time I have ordered from this company, and both times have been a great experience! The costumer service is excellent! Any time I had a question they got back to me almost imidiately. I received my products two days prior to the estimated delivery and they looked just as amazing as the sample image their design team sent me!

Great company!

My company order 100 jumpdrives with our logo on the front and the website URL on the back of them. This is the cheapest and best company we could find to make them. The jump drives are super high quality, the printing looks great, and we couldn't be happier. The best part is that USBMemoryDirect actually helped us with the design process from beginning to end, and they are the only company we have found that laser engraves and does design work for free! We will definitely be doing business with them again in the near future.

Great Experience!

We had a great experience working with these guys! They had awesome, customer service; and were quick to respond. We worked with one person throughout the whole process, so it was never confusing. The final product was excellent quality. Our clients (and team) love the flash drives! We would definitely work with them again.

Amazing service, incredibly responsive, best price, helpful and patient.

Our company decided to start using thumb drives for our trainings instead of the bulky, expensive, non environmentally friendly notebooks we had used for years when training large groups of people. Marina at USB Direct was amazing in her willingness to continually change the mock ups and walk us through the process. We were also on a tight deadline and she figures out how to make it work. Best price and service available!
