I am very happy with how the flash drives came out. The color is exactly what they showed in the sample photos. My logo turned out great!!! Finally, Lana did an excellent job throughout the entire process. I definitely look forward to doing more business with you!

The sales representative worked hard and in a timely fashion to gain my business through price comparison. She beat a competitor price and also provided a quality design on our logo that no other company had been able to do. Completely satisfied with the product and mainly the customer service experience. We will be using in the future as well!

Fast friendly service

USB Memory Direct was fast and very easy to work with. Max, my account manager was very friendly and made sure I was satisfied through every step of the process. My drives even came in before the scheduled delivery date, which was great, and we as an organization are very satisfied with our products.

GOOD QUALITY AND SERVICES

I just received my order of 25 wooden USB drives and I'm very happy of my delivery ! These usb key are perfect for a professionnal business. It's a good quality, I especially like the magnetic part of the usb key (on the cap). I received my order in a short time (1 week) and everything went well (order tracking) . The customer service with Lana is very good, she is very responsive by e-mail and supports you in all your steps.

Quick production and turnaround, excellent final product.

Ordering process was enjoyable, Marina was friendly and proactive. We had a short time frame and they completed the order quickly. The drives we got look really good. Not to mention they offered the best prices of everyone else I researched. This was my second time using USB Memory Direct, and I will continue using them in the future.

USB Memory Direct is the best customized jump drive supplier out there! I've used USB Memory Direct a couple of times for various businesses and I've always found the perfect drive - and have been able to customize logos to fit on the devices in a natural way. Whether you want a "self-contained" (no-separate lid) jump drive, a creatively different drive (e.g. key chain) or a cool wooden drive - they have many options. The customer service is stellar and prices are extremely reasonable. I'd recommend USB Memory Direct to any business in need of branded jump drives!

Marina, at USB memory direct, was extremely helpful and patient with us as we designed our wood usb memory stick.
