Satisfaction guaranteed

At first I wasn't 100% satisfied with the end result so I brought it to their attention. And the Director of sales himself contacted me directly and made sure that my USB's were done to my liking! My logo has a lot of detail and he worked with me until we were BOTH satisfied with the end result! I appreciate that he not only took the time to contact me but took pride in his work! I can't thank him enough!!!

Easy, Fast, Responsive!

It was my first time working with USB Memory Direct and Katrina was super helpful and incredibly responsive. We had a quick turnaround and she was able to work with me to ensure we got the flash drives to arrive in time. The flash drives look great and we will be using them again for future orders!

USB Memory Direct is a great company!

Excellent customer service....great experience through ordering and processing of an excellent product. Quick delivery. Free shipping. Free imprinting on reverse side. Free upload of up to 1 GB data. They don't chare you for multiple colors in your logo imprint. How can you beat that?

I am LOVING my new flash drives from USB Memory Direct! It?s really important to me to be able to give my clients a backup of their images, and it?s even better when I can do it in a cute and stylish way. These little drives are small and portable and feature my logo, so they match my brand perfectly. Efficient, quick to produce and deliver!

I absolutely love the drives from USB Memory Direct! I use the square wooden drives with my logo on the side, and they fit my brand perfectly! :) All of the staff I have been in contact with have been super helpful and fast with mock-ups, delivery, etc! I would definitely recommend this company!

Jeff from USB Memory Direct was so wonderful and patient with me! I had a hard time choosing a drive to fit my brand, and Jeff spent some time over email with me to help me choose. He and his team mocked up a few different designs so I could be confident in my choice. I'm so excited for my clients to enjoy the new drives we created, which are rectangular bamboo drives in a light color. I love them and I think they suit my brand very well! I highly recommend USB Memory Direct.
