Efficient, Friendly, and FAST

USB Memory Direct was a pleasure to work with. We decided this year to forego sending out giant binders of information to our clients in favor of a compact flash drive that could double as a marketing tool. The whole process took less than two weeks, the drives arrived exactly when they said they would, and they looked great. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company if you need some custom drives made up quickly and cost effectively.

We had the greatest experience with Lana and the team at USB Memory Direct! It was a quick turnaround order for custom thumb drives with data uploads needed. They worked with us to make sure everything was just right before they started production, and they got the entire job completed and shipped in plenty of time before our trade show date. My client and I are very pleased! Impressive group, awesome customer service, and great quality products!

USB Memory Direct was very friendly and helpful throughout the ordering process. Just got my USB's in the mail and I am super excited. The color and logo looks exactly like the proof that Jeff made for me. Not only that, but they arrived way sooner than I expected. I have received many great comments about the USB's and I am going to place an order for two more colors!

I just got my shipment of logo'd slap bracelet drives to hand out as prizes to kids during school visits. They came out perfectly! I tested out the idea with one student, and she posted it, immediately, on her Instagram account. I can't wait to hand out more next month.

The first couple orders were great! Then it all went down hill from there. The past three orders (over the last year) they screwed up color multiple times....even sending a glittery USB when I asked for matte finish! I haven't felt listened to with my requests...even brushed off with questions multiple times via email. They even printed the wrong logo on my last order, after a month of waiting to get my first order of this year corrected!

LOVE these custom drives!

I used USB Memory Direct before for custom engraved wooden drives and they were wonderful to work with. I knew when it was time to get new drives for my rebrand that there was no one else I'd like to work with. This time we did custom molded drives and they're even more awesome in person than I expected! They were wonderful with the tweaks and changes I requested and very easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Every so often, an amazing product grabs my attention that I just gotta have! Recently, I was contacted by USB Memory Direct to try a sample of their USB flash drives. I?ve seen these at trade shows where exhibitors give them away with their logo and website imprinted on them. I always thought they were a pretty cool way of promoting a company. When I visited the USB Memory Direct website, I was blown away by all the unique styles, shapes and colors they offered. I was even more impressed that companies like, Yelp, Sunoco, Kodak, Intel, Toyota and many other Fortune 500 companies were using them. Now I could finally join the ?big boys? with my own custom flash drive!

As a Portland-based wedding and portrait studio, we always have been keeping our products environmentally friendly and sustainable - I'm so glad we found USB Memory Direct. They offer so many choices, but we LOVE using products that are bamboo! They gave us a super-fast turnaround and the drives are made really well too (we have used other brands in the past which were not made well).
