Amazing customer service and amazing product!!
We are extremely pleased with the flash drives we ordered from USB Memory Direct. They are classy and professional and miles ahead of anything else we saw for that price. We were worried they were going to be cheap looking and flimsy and they are 100% the opposite. A really great product.

Pleasantly surprised with great service and quality product
Having never heard of USB Memory Direct before I did a little online shopping for some corporate USBs, I wasn't sure what to expect. Boy was I surprised! My account representative was incredibly friendly, communicative and helpful (not sales-y!). I just received our USBs today and they are great! We have a very detailed 4-color corporate logo which was printed beautifully on the USBs. I am really impressed with the quality and can't wait to give them to our clients and employees. My sales person Nick was proactively helpful... (which is not a common experience for online order follow up these days). He checked the file formats to sure my order was correct and made an appropriate revision so that production could be completed early. The USBs look great and they work... overall a very good experience!

Couldn't Be Happier!
I've been using USB Memory Direct to make flash drive business cards for my voice over business for a couple of years now. Prior to that, I'd used two or three other suppliers, but found USB Memory Direct when the last one stopped responding to my emails. Recently I had the idea to switch from a traditional drive with a very simple logo (which I'm pretty sure any custom USB company could make with ease) to a business card style drive. The drives they sent me look fantastic. I made up a little design for cassette tape look, and the transparency of the cards pulled it together perfectly. I'm thrilled, and I'm certain I'll never be switching providers again.

Friendly, professional service that met all my needs.
We were looking to get a shipment of branded flash drives, and after a quick back-and-forth with their lovely sales rep, they sent me over a sample mock-up of our logo on the drive I had selected and got me on my way. The 16GB drives I got weren't spectacularly fast, but they meet their stated capacity, have my logo printed nicely on both sides, and can't be beat for the price.

Even though we were in a bit of a time crunch USB Memory Direct came through with a phenomenal product that will help us deliver our materials to our customers in a professional fashion. The USB drives are great quality and they were even produced with our logos. It was easy to send them the files to be pre-loaded onto the drives - all I have to do is open the box and hand them out!

The Marina and The Lake House in Cherry Creek are located in a Colorado State Park. And as such, we're very mindful of natural resources. That's why we opted to skip the reams of printed materials and search for a USB to load with all of the marketing materials and forms that our customers need. After searching (and searching and searching) I was thrilled to find USB Memory Direct. We opted for a wooden USB with logos laser engraved on each side. We just received them today and are THRILLED! Our rep, Marina, was better then the best to work with — she made the experience an easy one!
