Working with USB Memory Direct and with our rep Hector Contreras has been nothing short of an amazing experience form start to finish. Very easy company to work & communicate with. They were very clear on setting realistic expectations, sent me samples right away, and didn't try to up sell me on any extra memory space capacity or quantity. They also worked really hard to get me pricing that worked within my budget. What stood out to me the most was that I received an actual picture of the thumb drive with my info printed onto the first unit of production and sent to me for approval before going ahead and creating the rest of the order. Funny thing is, this picture did NO justice comparatively for how they actually turned out when seeing in person. Yes the picture was accurate & true, but the quality fo these thumb drives and quality of the print is something that just really gives a wow factor in person. Only the best used materials went into this drive and it can clearly be seen. Looking forward to re ordering again soon! I would HIGHLY recommend using this company!

This was our first order with USB Memory Direct and we didn't really know exactly what we wanted. Cindy G was so patient with us while we sent her our logo files and color changes several times until we got just what we wanted. We asked for samples and got them right away so we could make educated decisions of what we wanted to order. Our order processed quickly and we have our first order to begin distributing already. Pricing is very competitive and quality is great! We will definitely be using USB Memory Direct in the future.

On my search for custom company flash drives, there was a wide variety of companies on the web but there are just a few that offer next day delivery for complicated guests. I gave USB Memory Direct a challenge in which I did not pay with credit card but with PayPal (a very few custom USB companies accept it). Also, my order was a bit complicated as I needed it next day, 1-day shipping, in which they were sincere with the shipping cost as they do not control. The order went without a hitch, and they kept me updated to the point of when they started the creation of the flash drives to when they actually arrived at my location. Thank you, Hector Contreras, for your service and Patience.

The gentleman that assisted me (Mackenzie) was excellent. I submitted a request online for a quote, and I had a call from him within 20 minutes, to clarify what I was seeking. When I told him I needed them in less than a week, he worked with me to provide me some great solutions. He sent me draft designs quickly and gave me quotes as well. He kept me informed and even offered me the option to call him on the weekend (his time off) to make sure I could order by the time I wanted. I received both an email and phone call within minutes of the request and always worked with the same point of contact - thanks Hector a top man! That even included the shipping where I had not been home when the drives were attempted to be delivered and straight away I recieved an email and phone call saying they were monitoring the shipment. I settled on a design and data size, and he sent me proofs of the design to review... the artwork looked great and I ordered. I got the order well before the "promised by" date, and it was sturdily packaged and looked exactly as it was supposed to!
