They treated my small order as a big order
I had previously purchased flash drives from USB Memory Direct for a small personal project. At that time I had just come across them with an internet search. Knowing nothing about them I contacted them and was happily surprised by their products, prices and customer service. So now six years later I had another small family project and I went right back to USB Memory Direct. I was again happily surprised, I bought a few more drives with a larger capacity for about the same cost as six years before. Back when I first contacted USB Memory Direct I assumed that they dealt with large commercial orders and thought that they may not even want to deal with my small order of 25 drives. But even if my order was small to them it was big to me and USB Memory Direst treated my order as if it was a big. Their products were what I needed, the costs reasonable, and their customer service exceptional. I would highly recommend them.
