Personalized Thumb drives

USB Memory Direct was possibly the best customer service I have EVER received! I submitted a request for a quote, they replied with an email AND phone call within an hour. From then on - the service only continued to impress me. The final result was beautiful, personalized wooden thumb drives that I gave family and friends as christmas gifts - most of the recipients had never seen wooden thumb drives yet alone personalized. They were a total hit! I will DEFINITELY be using USB Memory Direct again in the future!

Excellent customer service

David Krymowski was my accounts manager and he provided us with exemplary service. We received our online proof within half an hour and David was available to answer any questions regarding the design and product specifications. He went out of his way to ensure that the finished USB drives looked exactly the way we wanted them to. Kudos to David and the rest of his team for providing quality service in such a timely fashion.

The wood veneer USB's were of high quality and the imprint looked terrific!

The caps to the USB's have a very strong magnet that they "stay" very securely to the body of the USB. Just a note: the USB's are an inch wide so if you plan to use it on a USB hub, make sure the ports on the hub are not too close together. The rep at USB Memory was very helpful and courteous. The USB's arrived very quickly. Definitely would use, and recommend, this company again.

Excellent customer service & product!

The printing is perfect and represents our logo (with color)! So impressive over our previous USB purchase. Shipped packaged in holding sleeves, which make it easier and safer to ship them to our sales guys.

Good value and great service

I wanted to buy usb drives with my company logo. I got a very quick quote and the artwork looked great. So I ordered and two weeks later they arrived. Logo looked great and the drives I tried out worked just fine. I was very pleased with the experience.

Incredible product and incredible service

Wish that I could issue a rating higher than 5. We are in the process of transitioning to another logo, so during the order process I was having issues submitting the correct file type, format, etc. Our USBMemory rep, Marina Daniels, did an OUTSTANDING job ensuring that everything was absolutely perfect with the order. The product is great and order arrived 3 days prior to anticipated date. In this day of "less than stellar" customer service, it was refreshing to have Marina provide such professionalism and support. Great job, Marina, and a great product!!!! Great customer service and speedy delivery

I tried to order bottle opener USB drives last October for a trade show through a different vendor. It was a nightmare. Andrew at USB Memory Direct was very helpful and quick through the process.
