USB memory direct is truly a great company to work with. They are very responsive, and committed to getting the custom designs just right. I probably exchanged 6 or 7 rounds of email with my account executive there to perfect the custom design on an order of 200 flash drives. I was impressed at their willingness to go the extra mile for such a small order. When the person I was working with on that order moved on to another company, his replacement gave me a call to introduce themselves and make sure that I had their contact information for when I need to re-order, which I most certainly will.
