This was my first purchase from USB Direct and was *beyond* pleased with the engagement. Lana G was/is a rock star of support and incredibly helpful and patient as we worked through the art and production. As an original band - this was the first time we took a studio recording to USB vs. CD or vinyl - so was a complete unknown as to whether it would even work given print surface area - etc etc. Bottom line - fantastic experience and be sure to pass along kudos to Lana ...she's a keeper.
