I am very pleased with the pruduct and care that was taken to be sure I approved of it before it was shipped. The thing that stood out the MOST however and the reason for the 5 stars was the excellent customer service. It's rare to find a company that isn't all automated or emails any more. Lana went above and beyond in connecting with me and being sure all my questions were answered. I felt she truly cared for me. For that reason (including the fact that I'm happy with my beautiful little boxes and the price was very reasonable), I will definitely be leaving the USB & box company I have been using for the past 7 years and will continue to use YOU in the future!
